Successful candidate should possess experience in application design, coding, testing and implementation of data driven applications. Strong SQL skills and development experience with PHP, .NET, HTML, Dreamweaver, and Powerbuilder. Experience with Linux, BASH and other scripting tools a plus. Application experience in Pharmacy Systems, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance or Health Care industry desirable.


Pharmacy Assistance Specialist

Third party assistance program for independent pharmacies looking for a FT pharmacy assistance specialist. Fast growing Overland Park-based company looking for a qualified candidate with pharmacy technician experience who will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from pharmacy network participants & providers related to contracting with third party payers, maintaining a cash card program and reconciliation of third party claims on behalf of pharmacy network participants. Candidate will act as day-to-day contact for issue resolution in eligibility, claims, participant materials, report requests, & general inquiries; assist with soliciting & maintaining pharmacy networks; work to research & resolve problems in a timely manner; document issues & resolutions in a common database; & escalate issues as necessary. Requirements

Interested candidates should possess the following skills; Minimum of 2 years pharmacy technician & customer service experience; excellent oral & written communication skills; organizational skills; ability to work cross functionally to resolve client issues; strong focus on customer service; PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access); learn quickly, solve problems & make decisions; & demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner.
